Creating A Bug Report On Android Devices

Collecting a bug report is performed through the built-in Android OS tools.
The following steps may vary depending on Android version:

  1. Enable Developer Settings

    1. Go into your Device Settings 
    2. Tap 'About' and scroll down
    3. Tap 'Build Number' 5-7 times

  2. Enter Developer Settings & Turn on "Bug Report Shortcut"

    1. Go back to Device Settings 
    2. Tap on 'System' > Advanced > Developer Options

    3. Turn on the option for "Bug Report Shortcut"

  4. Create Bug Report

    1. Open up Cheech and Chong Bud Farm and cause a crash
    2. After the error happens, hold down the power button for a few seconds.
    3. The Bug Report option should appear, select that option.

  5. Send Bug Report

    • After you tap 'Bug Report' it will take a few minutes. You will get a notification on your phone when it finishes. Please email the log in reply to your support ticket or make a new ticket via 'submit a request' below so we can isolate the issue for you.
