How to Delete My Game (Self-Serve)

NOTE: Deleting your game will permanently remove all progress and purchases associated with your account, and cannot be recovered. 

 

There are 2 ways to delete your game progress:

  1. Using the in-game "DELETE ACCOUNT" button
  2. Contacting our Support Team (If you no longer have the game installed and would like assistance deleting your account, see here)

 

In-Game 

If you have the Cheech and Chong Bud Farm game on your device, you are able to delete the game yourself by following a few easy steps:

  1. Open the game
  2. Click on the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen

  3. Click on DELETE ACCOUNT at the bottom of the Settings screen

  4. If you are certain you want to delete your account, Type DELETE in the box, then click the YES, DELETE button

-Information pertaining to your account deletion request will be deleted as soon as the request is fulfilled. It will not be saved/ retained by our Support Team
