We'll need to find your original game in order to link it to your new device.
There are a few ways to find your original game in our system:
- If you still have your original device, we need the User ID from in-game on that device (found in Settings by tapping the gear icon).
- If you connected to Facebook on your game we can find your account with your Facebook ID.
- If you made any purchases from a Google Play account please let us know the email address attached to that account, or any Google Play Transaction ID #s. These would be found in in-app purchase receipts emailed to you from Google Play and look like this: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345
If you haven't received an email with the GPA Transaction ID, you can find your purchase history at https://payments.google.com
We'll also need your new game's User ID, so be sure to head into the game, tap the gear icon to pull up the Settings and grab a screenshot of that page.
