The best way to submit a ticket to us is from within the game itself:
- Open your Settings menu by tapping the little gray gear icon at the bottom right.
- Tap the button that says "HELP".
- Tap the "SUPPORT" button.
This will open up our support page with various articles (like the one you're reading now) and FAQ about the game.
- At the top right, tap the three horizontal lines.
- Tap "Submit a request".
- Fill out your Email Address, Subject, and a detailed description of your problem.
- Select the reason for contacting us, and please attach any screenshots related to the issue you're writing in about.
Sending a ticket in this way through the game will provide us a lot of information we typically request from players (User ID, device make and model, etc), so it saves both you and us time by reducing back-and-forth communication.

What to add to your ticket
1. Your User ID
- Add a screenshot of your User ID, so we can pull up your game information - this can be found in the settings tab of your game
2. Details on your issue
- Screenshots/Recordings of your gameplay
- Describing the issue you’re having (the more detail the better)
- Any troubleshooting options you’ve already tried
3. Your device type and current OS
- It’s important for us to know your device, in case we need to escalate your ticket!
